What happens behind the scenes?
You have made your decisions and your order is complete. What happens now?
For you, a waiting period begins – usually 4–8 weeks. However, behind the scenes, our vast system is in motion. We place orders, monitor orders, often from a variety of producers, and plan delivery. All to ensure a reliable, punctual and faultless delivery.
There are countless dedicated individuals involved in this process, but to ensure smooth handling you always have specific contact persons you can turn to. You will find details of your contact person under Team on the profile page.
Finally time for delivery!
The wait is over and it is time for delivery. You may be wondering what you need to do? The answer: Not much!
As per agreed delivery, Input interior’s own installers will come out to you to deliver, install, arrange the furniture in the right place and finally, once everything is done, deal with the packaging.
Our installers are in close contact with project managers and can enter any deviations into our systems while on site, all to ensure rapid handling.
Once the final chair is in place, we are still here for you
Your furniture and learning environments are ready for use. You now need time and space to settle in, to reset and to figure out how to make the most of your new environment.
The project may be at an end, but we are still here for you! We are only an e-mail or a phone call away if you have any questions, any additions to be implemented or new needs to be handled. As a long-term partner, we are close at hand and will do all we can to meet your needs.
